Frequently asked questions about the multifunctional mop with built-in spray function

1. For which floor types is this multifunctional mop with built-in spray function suitable?

The mop is designed for the safe cleaning of almost all hard floors. You can use it without concern on tiles, laminate, wood, marble, and parquet. Thanks to the dispensing button, you control the amount of moisture yourself, which is essential for floors sensitive to water, such as untreated wood or laminate. Furthermore, the mop can also be used vertically for smooth surfaces like shower walls.

2. How exactly does the built-in spray function work?

The spray function is very easy to operate via a lever on the ergonomic handle. When you press it, a fine mist of water or cleaning solution is sprayed directly in front of the mop head. This means you no longer have to carry heavy buckets, and the floor never stays too wet, significantly reducing drying time. For proper operation, it is important to push the spray bottle firmly down until it clicks into place and to avoid using boiling hot water.

3. How do I maintain the microfibre cloths?

The included microfibre cloths are durable and hygienic to use. After use, you can simply wash the cloths in the washing machine at 30°C. The high-quality fibres retain their cleaning power for up to 100 washes. To change the cloth easily, the mop head features a button that allows you to fold it, so you can effortlessly slide the clean cloth over it.

4. Can I also add cleaning detergent to the reservoir?

Yes, you can fill the 500 ml reservoir with water and a cleaning agent of your choice that is suitable for your specific floor type. The reservoir is removable and leak-proof, making it easy to refill under the tap. Please ensure you do not use aggressive chemicals that could damage the spray mechanism and avoid using hot water in the spray bottle to prevent deformation.

5. Is the mop convenient for cleaning tricky corners?

Absolutely, the multifunctional mop with built-in spray function is equipped with a 360-degree swivel joint. This makes the mop head extremely maneuverable, allowing you to glide effortlessly around table legs, under cabinets, and into narrow gaps or corners. Because you don't have to bend down or wring out a cloth manually, this system is also much less taxing on your back and joints.

6. What is included in the standard package?

When purchasing the multifunctional mop with built-in spray function, you receive the complete set to get started immediately. This includes the ergonomic handle, the mop head with 360° rotation, the removable 500 ml spray bottle, and two reusable microfibre cloths as standard. This way, you always have a clean cloth on hand while the other is in the wash.
