I have already had a few misclearances with bol.com, and also with other sites, so I never place an order again. But with you 'Outspot' I always get what I order, correctly, on time and without any problem; small items, larger items as well as 'trips abroad' !!.. 'Outspot' keep up the good work and we will keep up the good work. Thank you very much, Robert
