Frequently asked questions about Scottex Complete Clean Décor toilet paper

1. What are the main features of the Scottex Complete Clean Décor toilet paper?

This toilet paper is specifically designed for optimal hygiene and a clean result. The paper features the unique 3D Wave™ texture, a special embossed structure that helps to clean more effectively. As a result, you often need fewer sheets per toilet visit. Furthermore, the texture has been updated so that the rolls feel softer against the skin without compromising on the strength of the paper.

2. How many layers does this toilet paper have?

Scottex Complete Clean Décor toilet paper consists of two layers. This 2-ply composition offers a good balance between softness and functional strength. Combined with the 3D Wave™ texture, this ensures reliable use and efficient cleaning comparable to thicker paper, while remaining flexible.

3. How many rolls and sheets does this advantage pack contain?

This advantage pack is ideal for households that like to stock up. The package contains a total of 96 rolls of Scottex toilet paper. Each individual roll features 140 sheets. Due to the large quantity of rolls, you won't have to go to the shop as often and will be provided with high-quality toilet paper for a long period.

4. Is this toilet paper produced in an environmentally friendly way?

Yes, the Scottex Complete Clean Décor toilet paper carries the FSC label. This means that the paper comes from responsibly managed forests that meet strict ecological, social, and economic standards. By choosing FSC-certified products, you contribute to the conservation of forests worldwide.

5. What is the benefit of the 3D Wave™ texture?

The 3D Wave™ texture is a wavy structure in the paper that provides improved grip and cleaning power. While smooth paper sometimes requires more sheets for a clean feeling, this texture ensures that dirt is absorbed more efficiently. This makes use not only more hygienic but also more economical in the long run.

6. Can I return the package if I change my mind?

Because toilet paper is a consumer product, specific rules apply to returns. You can only return or exchange the advantage pack if the packaging is still completely sealed and unopened. This is necessary to guarantee the hygiene and quality of the product for other customers.
