Check the delivery times on your purchase confirmation and at the bottom of the promotion on the website. Please note that for some products delivery can take up to 3 weeks. View your orders and follow your parcel via https://www.outspot.co.uk/en/my-purchases. If your parcel was sent without a tracking code, you will only get an estimate of the expected delivery time.
Has the delivery time been exceeded and you cannot track your parcel online? Contact the after-sales service on your purchase confirmation and at the bottom of the promotion on the website.
You are legally entitled to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days for any reason. However, Outspot goes a step further and offers you a withdrawal period of 30 days. This 30-day period runs from the day following delivery. After you have withdrawn your purchase, you have 14 days to return the product. That is buying without worries.
Please note: the withdrawal period does not apply to articles that have been custom-made for you, to products that are sold sealed for hygiene reasons and of which you have broken the seal after delivery (e.g. underwear and certain sleep items).
For other items, it is important that you handle the product carefully if you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal. We may pass on to you any loss of value resulting from your having gone too far in assessing the product. For example, for some consumables it is not necessary to open the packaging. Opening the packaging may result in a reduction in value of up to 100% of the purchase price.
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments made up to that point, excluding delivery costs and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw. You will be given the choice between a voucher with additional compensation and a bank transfer to your account. Do you prefer a bank transfer? Then request the conversion of your voucher in your e-mail. A piece of cake! If you only return a part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We may wait with the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
How to return?
Whether you can return your product free of charge is always indicated on the promotion page at the top. For the return label and correct return address, please contact the after-sales service at the bottom of the promotion page and your purchase confirmation.
See the Practical info section of the special offer on our website or on your voucher for the contact details of our aftersales department. Send them a photo of the problem as well as a description. You will then be emailed instructions on how to proceed.
A two-year guarantee applies for most purchases, which is always stated clearly under the Practical info section. However, the guarantee does not apply to custom-made purchases, consumables and products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, such as nightwear, white goods, certain clothing, etc.
The number of vouchers that you can purchase differs between offers and depends on the reservation period. In order to check availability, click on ‘Order now’ to see how many places are still available. As long as the deal is not listed as sold out, places are still available.
If Outspot proposes dates then places are only available on those dates.
Do you want to change or cancel a reservation? As soon as the hotel has confirmed your dates, then the hotel's or partner's terms for changing or cancelling a reservation apply. Please contact the provider listed on your voucher under the Practical info section of the special offer on our website. Changing a reservation is always dependent on availability.
It’s unbelievable, but it’s true! For some of our special deals we offer a refund guarantee of up to 6 months after purchase. You never have to worry again when buying an experience for your friends, colleagues, family or for yourself. If you have second thoughts or if the recipient is not completely happy with the gift voucher, no problem at all. You or the recipient of the voucher will receive a full refund within that 6-month period, without any hoops to jump through. This guarantee is naturally only valid insofar as the voucher has not yet been reserved, used or has expired. This is an exceptional and unheard-of guarantee, and it goes much further than the 14 days required by law (the right of withdrawal). But, after all, that’s what Outspot is like.
Please note that this guarantee does not apply to any special offers where the refund guarantee is not explicitly stated. The right of withdrawal and the refund guarantee do not apply to trips booked online or to tickets for events, concerts, festivals or experiences for a specific date or dates.
