You have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, regardless of the reason. But Outspot goes one step further and offers you a 30-day withdrawal period. This 30-day period runs from the day following delivery. After you revoke your purchase, you have 14 days to return the product. That's buying without worries. Please note that the revocation period does not apply to items that have been custom-made for you, to products sold under seal for hygienic reasons and where you have broken the seal after delivery (e.g. underwear and certain sleep products).
For other items, it is important that you handle the product carefully if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. We may charge for any depreciation in value that has occurred because you may have gone too far in assessing the product. For example, for some consumables, it is not necessary to open the packaging. Opening may then result in a depreciation in value that can amount to 100% of the purchase price.
How can I return my order?
In case you can return your product free of charge this will always be indicated at the top of the page of the offer. You can request the return via https://www.outspot.co.uk/en/my-purchases by clicking on the "Return and/or report defect" button. This way you can invoke your right of withdrawal and return the product.
How does the refund work and how long does it take?
If you revoke the agreement, we will refund all payments you have made up to that point. The shipping costs you paid for your purchase will also be refunded, unless you are only returning part of the order (see General terms and conditions).

Is your product faulty? Then go to 'My purchases' via https://www.outspot.co.uk/en/my-purchases and click on 'Return and/or report defect' so you can upload a photo or video of the defect. You will then receive a solution by email as soon as possible. In most cases, you benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee, which is always clearly stated at the bottom of the promotion and on your purchase confirmation.
